Sonja was ‘prepared’ to be a guide for these creative retreats through her own process as a land steward for over 7 years & 20 + years experience as an energy healer and a mentor.
With gentleness & precision she guides you to tap into the magical & creative forces present on this sacred land, and dream in your next creation,
Sonja is a healer and teacher based in Glastonbury and will support you on your journey either in person or online depending on availability and timings.
Your retreat will be sculpted to support you with:
Daily check in
As part of each tailor made program you will have the chance to have a check in session with Sonja (via zoom or in person) to share where you are at and what you need; and to receive energy medicine and guidance as is needed for the day.
Daily energy medicine
Personally prescribed practices and healing transmissions to support your process of clearing blocks and plugging into your creative inspiration.
The location: your own private jungle haven
Kupu Kupu is set in 18 ara of jungle with a wooden house, simple outside bathroom, fire pit, local land temple and jungle garden.
Kupu Kupu means butterfly and yes you get many of them here.
About the house
The house is a charming two-story wooden house — cosy and elegant, surrounded by green with a view of the mountain.
-Downstairs: kitchen, day bed, hammock, yoga rope, and an open area for yoga or relaxing with friends over tea.
-Upstairs: enclosed bedroom with a double bed and desk, and a private balcony.
* Fully furnished with bedding, cookware, and essentials; Equipped with everything you need for a peaceful, rejuvenating stay.
The property is located:
1 min walk from Warung Ra an excellent vegan jungle cafe
4 min walk to the holy hanoman spring
7 min walk to the famous Les Waterfall
7 min scooter drive to the beach & snorkelling, also beach cafe with WIFI
2 hours from Ubud
1 hour from Amed ( lovely beach town with diving)
3.5 hours from the airport.
(taxi transfers cab be booked for you)
A place to connect to wild nature & the sacred waters
Les valley is known for it’s stunning sacred waterfall and holy spring (only a short walk down the jungle path).
Amazing food & pure spring water
As part of this creative retreat you will enjoy incredible pure vital food which will support you to regenerate and create!
You will have breakfast and lunch included in both budget and VIP packages
And for something different ( if you need a break from your creator bubble) there are also some great places to eat at the beach a short scooter ride away ( we will share the locations of some great local cafes).
The water is the most pure and potent spring water you are likely to taste.
