The programme was amazing: I am listening more to my body, I am more certain, I am releasing patterns which have not served me, I am more courageous to say what I want and what I do not. Currently I use all the tools from the programme, it helps me, I feel supported😊

I was able to explore and express my feminine energy in a deeper way. I loved how Sonja is teaching you to be in your body and to feel, to be present in the moment. There is very beautiful practices everyday. I also loved the meeting session in groups. This makes the program special and more personalised.
